If you received an invitation to attend AAC 2016, you may submit an abstract to be considered for presentation during the workshop. Note that you will need to create an indico account in order to submit an abstract. There are four types of presentations at AAC 2016, and all must be accompanied by an abstract submission.
- Plenary Presentation: If you have been selected by the program committee to give a plenary talk, please submit your abstract as an oral presentation in the plenary track.
- Oral Presentation: All invitees who are interested in an oral presentation are requested to submit abstracts to their preferred working group(s). Please refer to the Working Groups' Mission Statements when considering the working group(s) to which you choose to submit your abstract.
- Poster Presentation: Non-student invitees may elect to give a poster presentation. In the event the selected working group does not host a poster session, the abstract will be considered for oral presentation.
- Student Poster Presentation: Student invitees may elect to present at a student poster session, with prizes for the best student posters. These can be contributed as poster-only (abstract submission required) or they can be supplemental to a student talk from one of the working group sessions (a separate abstract is required for the talk).
